Dics Fliplow (Japanese: ディクス・フリップロウ) is a female student in OJ dormitory.

Her appareance and voice is masculine, but she is a girl. Her home is far from the school, so when she goes to school from her home, she takes the train.
She often butts into conversations, and she likes to be in charge. However, she is afraid of competition, and thus she is often tasked with keeping score in events like sport matches.
Her ability is "putting things inside her like a hidden safe, then reading the data of things she has put in and writing the data inside her". She can also physically manifest some of the data inside her. This ability was discovered when she took in the data of her copy of Scribblenauts when she was young.

- She shares her personal fonts with BookMarker; Bookshelf Symbol 7 and Book Antiqua.
- In English her name sounds like "dicks", which is sort of impolite.
